Original Painting
'Into the Light' is 100cm x 100cm x 4cm depth. Acrylic and pastel on cotton stretched canvas. This peice takes a leap into an abstract level of my tree tops series, where there is a play on light and shapes swaying with the elements. I've recently been introducing pastels to my paintings.. I love how pastels can allow delicate thread markings along with spontaneous definition and directional marks that can take your eye around the piece. It's so satisfying and with this piece came a balance of positive energy and calm.
Frame - This painting comes with complimentary strip wood painted framing. This can be easily removed should you wish to reframe.
