Shipping Policy
Shipping will vary according to each order, please refer to the product page for specific information.
Generally unframed prints, depending on size, will be delivered in a hardback postal envelope or tube with acid free wrapping. Original work and framed prints will be carefully packaged in a cardboard box. Higher value original work can be delivered by a bespoke fine art packing and delivery service.
All Products will be delivered by The Royal Mail or other reputable courier companies using a tracking and signed for service. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery can take 4-7 days for items in stock and up to 10 days for prints to order and up to 21 days for framed prints to order. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.sophialyonsart.com.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase but should you wish to return your item, please notify us within 7 days of purchase by email to sophialyonsart@gmail.com with a valid reason for return and await confirmation and postage instructions. Items should be returned with the same packaging and packaged with care. Refunds will be processed promptly after the item has been returned and refunded to the original payment source. Please note: Returns postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.
